For Spray Painting:
1) Make sure you are in a WELL VENTULATED AREA! Even if you're done spraying, the fumes are still in the air and it can't be a lot for some people.
2) Shake the can very well. A good 10-15 seconds to get it all mixed.
3) Hold the can at a 45-degree angle
4) Arm's length away so you don't accidentally overspray (over paint and have uneven splotches)
5) Keep your wrist and arm straight
6) When spraying, move your arm and wrist as one to get that nice even coat
If you are using Plastic Dip, use it just like Spray Paint b/c you are literally breathing in liquid plastic in arosal form!
