okay cosplay maker and cosplayer here she's actually not! the heels can just be photoshopped in or made from clear resin casts. as for alice's hat that's just wire core structure, thermo plastic and fishing line or thin pvc rod. by nod krai someone will have done both

Please don't hate, i'm just laughing because this is what my neice's & grandkids' reactions are. They said even Mavuika's flame in her sword isn't technically attached but nobody cared & still made the flame attached to the blade like it was supposed to be like that & nobody even complained which is great, yet they do about the hat not being attached to anything. Or the fact there are Cinderella cosplayers who use clear shoes that some look invisble instead of glassy look because they just used clear plastic sandals bought from malls 😄

In Columbima shoe's maybe use like Nahida sandals or wear white heels and white shoes I'm pretty sure it can work!!
