hahaha im the complete opposite when buying fabric – currently trying to boycott spotlight as much as I can because I hated working there. Although I did stop buying stuff from them a long time ago unless it some sort of basic like calico or cotton….
Hi Kirilee, I am loving your make so far, but I have a suggestion. I sympathise with being short, and things always being too long. I know it would be a lot of extra work, but when you cut the 10cm or so from the bottom, consider, gathering slightly, and attaching underneath the hem of your skirt, to add a bit of fullness to the bottom edge. Just a suggestion though, as I am sure the finished result will be stunning as usual.
