  1. Thank you for making this video, and as a reminder, no one forgets what happened.. I know both the killer and victim.

When it happened, it was sad and shocking to all of us ….what he did to her is just beyong horrible it also make me see everyone true nature.

As an elder brother, it makes me more protective toward my sibling and the younger generations who join this community. Because behing all those sweet smile might have some dark attention.

Thank you for making this video and bring light to this …i am happy to know at least her memory is still being remember.

  2. Im a cosplayer that i remember sometime when i just started out my parents got upset finding out i was hanging out with people not from my school that my mom had to chaperone me like im a child which was so awkward since i was already 21 at that time and my dad threatened to send me home if i stepped out of the building the event was in to meet the buyer for my wig, in the end at least i was able to really attend the event on one condition my sister would keep a close eye on me. On the way home my parents scolded me saying i was endangering myself for not being wary of strangers that i felt like i was being babied which was too much for me

Seeing this case i understand why my parents reacted that way and i realized back then i was so naive which explains my parents reaction. These days where im already in my 30s im very selective of who i befriend mainly because i worry stuff like this would happen which makes it hard for me to make new friends, with new people i befriend i go for the ones well known in the community or at least connected to people i know personally to give me a sense of security

  3. Was a cosplayer with my partner last time too, and we knew him too, we didnt expect any of this from him too
its really terrible of what had happened, due to this the community was also in shocked too, let alone trust are shaken.

Thk u for covering this, others should know of this before the same thing happen again.
    Rest in peace 😔

  4. You'd think that in a country such Malaysia, where the Death penalty is a very prominent punishment that he would have been executed. Almost as bad as the justice system here in America. The guilty get to continue living.

  5. He is a predator and had ulterior motive to Invite an underage girl into his house. Any decent person would ask her parents first for approval. He’s a monster!

  6. "This tragic case is a chilling reminder of how online interactions can turn deadly when trust is misplaced. Un Yuk Tim’s heartbreaking story exposes the dark reality of predators hiding behind shared hobbies to exploit vulnerable young people. The fact that justice was reduced from a death sentence to 22 years feels like an injustice to her memory. We must stay vigilant and educate our youth about the dangers lurking online, no matter how innocent a connection may seem. Rest in peace, Un Yuk Tim – your story will not be forgotten."

  7. This is very tragic case.he looks like he tried to take advantage of a girl.and killed her in frustration.this is why underage kids should stay away from strangers.

  8. as a cosplayer this case hits so hard, the cosplay community is filled with amazing people but sadly there are also a lot of people with bad intentions, my heart goes out to her friends and family ❤

  9. This was a sad case ,I work as sn organizer for cosplay community just to make a safe haven for the cosplayer games and anime lover, that has been shunned by normies,a place for people like us can have a safe place to share our interest without being label as freak ,but in the end among the good theres still bad egg among us ,it's saddened me this happen

  10. I don't kw how asian culture truly is, i love asian women n black, but i just dont like understand certain people, and believe me i live in a balance i dont let my evil side dominate me, or my good side, i just don't understand because some women are bad to, they like the attention and try to play with men, and some men are truly dumb, just like some women.

  11. Megan, since you are involving yourself with these kind of stuff. Be sure to get deliverance from an anointed "Man of God".
The spirit of death and affliction are always being imparted through these kind of content. Stay safe ok?

  12. I've met this guy several times during cosplay events, it was so long ago, that time he was a new cosplayer, he tagged along with my friend during an event, so as usual i just befriended with whoever that came along, he was so quiet, and odd sometimes, not easy to talk to, anyway i had a conversation with him, which i heard that he came from a single parent family, he sounds like he doesn't have a good relationship with his father, had some hardships growing up. He just looked like a quiet ,shy , a little socially awkward guy.since then it just hi bye when i saw him, hmm, just feel awkward.Anyway, a year later i left the community to focus on my own life, time flies, i saw he was so active in cosplay and made a lot of friends on social media, and some time later, i saw the missing person post was widely shared on facebook by cosplayer friends(i shared it too), then i remembered i was so shocked to see him appeared in the news as the murderer! All i could say is never judge the book by its cover, always stay vigilant!

  13. The content is excellent, the script & English first class, but the presenting style unbearable. It needs to be pulled back.

  14. I remember I as cosplay judging at sungai wang event ,wai Hong is one of participant ,I quit cosplay, because use a lot of money, but really enjoy , and sad that some odd people is around,

  15. Thank You For Telling the world and for the Young Generation Cosplayers out there. This is a Cosplayer Nightmare for having Online Friends that you meet at the event for shortly that you don't actually know who they are or what they are, Girls please be Alert EVERY MOMENT 🙏

  16. I remember this case, it has also reached the cosplay community where my Indonesian and Filipino friends are too. It was heartbreaking to hear about how her mom frantically searched for her when she disappeared :/ Rest in peace lovely soul, and may that monster get the justice that the law failed to give him.
